What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee the Accounts Payables Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate the Accounts Payable processes for Emma entities, including balance sheet management.
  • Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Streamline accounting (AP) processes and systems, optimizing the use of our ERP.
  • Enable the increase in effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of accounting business processes through optimization and standardization of the process landscape and its system-side support.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance internal financial controls and accounting policies.
  • Evaluate, implement, and improve highly efficient accounting processes in coordination and alignment with respective internal stakeholders.
  • Be a proactive member of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial leadership and problem-solving skills.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Accounting with at least 2 years of leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams.
  • A strategic mindset with strong analytical, critical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / MS Finance & Operations.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus.
  • A sound knowledge base of IFRS is welcome.
  • Excellent in English communication skills, both written and verbal since you will be interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude, embracing our "one team, one dream" philosophy.
