Job Description:

Minimum 7 years relevant experience & with 3 years leadership experience

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and SAP

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Responsible for manually processing invoices that fail auto-extraction or auto-posting, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

Raise and track issue tickets through the IT portal for resolution of system-related errors or discrepancies

Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and support process improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for vendor account reconciliation, dispute resolution, non-program claims (e.g., returns, invoice discrepancies, consignment, invalid freight/logistics), and monthly SOX audit reconciliation packages
