Store Manager Tutuban Branch (Razon's by Glenn) — On-site, Manila. 1-3 years experience. Bachelor degree. Full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that company and franchise policies, along with standard operating procedures (SOPs), are consistently implemented.
  • Oversees the daily operations of all store concepts managed by Tier One Consortium Inc. by conducting regular store visits.
  • Enforce Tier One Consortium Inc.'s rules and regulations during store visits.
  • Responsible for placing and managing orders with the main commissary
  • Daily Monitoring of Inventory Reports
  • Daily Monitoring of Sales reports and Sales Deposits
  • Auditing of Cashiering Reports
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payables to suppliers and the commissary for order
  • Coordinate with mall management or the leasing department to obtain work permits, gate passes, and store personnel IDs.
  • Collaborates with the mall or establishment's Marketing Department for the placement of marketing materials and the coordination of marketing events.
  • Train store personnel on the procedures outlined in each franchise concept's operating manual and the preparation of menu items.
  • Proficient in handling transactions using the POS system, including dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
  • In depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions, inventory management, inventory control, food costing, customer service, and kitchen procedures.
  • Skilled in training staff on proper food preparation techniques
  • Proven experience in overseeing multiple stores and managing multiple teams
  • Proficient in using point-of-sales (POS) system
  • Possess a solid understanding of financial concepts such as operating expenses, profit margins, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
