About the Opportunity

Are you a Marketing Management student eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to support our growing team in the manpower outsourcing industry. This role provides valuable exposure to digital marketing, administrative support, and basic financial monitoring—ideal for students looking to strengthen their business and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and scheduling content for social media platforms
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation and campaign execution
  • Help track expenses, monitor budgets, and prepare simple financial summaries
  • Maintain organized records of marketing files, reports, and expenses
  • Update lead databases, applicant tracking systems, and client records
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
  • Assist in developing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaigns
  • Participate in analyzing marketing campaign performance and reporting results
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand visibility and outreach efforts

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a BSBA program majoring in Marketing Management
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and business operations
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting or expense tracking is a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Canva or similar tools is an advantage
  • Organized, detail-focused, and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to complete at least 600 hours of internship
