Job Summary

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates who align with the company's hiring needs and culture. This role focuses on applicant sourcing, initial screening, and coordination of the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective placement of candidates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels and talent databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition of newly hired employees.
  • Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in applicant sourcing.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work on-site and report Monday to Saturday.
  • Passionate about recruitment and providing a positive candidate experience.
