  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with zoning and environmental regulations.
  • Review and approve work schedules, manpower, equipment utilization, and material deliveries.
  • Resolve issues that may arise during the development phase, including design discrepancies or delays.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain progress and quality.
