Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager plays a strategic and operational role in delivering comprehensive HR services to the assigned plant site. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for facility and support group heads in the area, this role ensures the alignment and execution of key HR pillars such as talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations.
The HRBP Manager will collaborate closely with both management and the broader HR team to design and implement people strategies that support business goals, ensure legal compliance, and reflect the organization’s values and culture.
Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for facility and support group heads.
- Align and execute HR pillars including talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations.
- Collaborate with management and the HR team to design and implement people strategies that support business goals and ensure legal compliance.
- Uphold the organization’s values and culture in HR programs and practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any 4-year course.
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
- Relevant HR or Human Capital certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
- At least 5 years’ experience in any leadership role with executive potential
- Experience in leading the implementation of project initiatives
