About the role
We are seeking an HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team at Triton Constructions Development Corporation. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating key HR and administrative functions within our organisation based in Mariveles Bataan. Your role will be integral in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and supporting the growth and development of our talented workforce.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Maintaining accurate employee records and administering HR policies and procedures
- Handling payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Coordinating office management and administrative tasks such as procurement, facilities management, and IT support
- Assisting with the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement initiatives
- Serving as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of HR and administrative processes
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role, preferably in the construction or development industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
