Your Role: As a Sales Support Specialist , you will: Generate and qualify new sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline and hand off leads to Sales Representatives for closing. Execute targeted outbound campaigns through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints to engage decision-makers in various industries. Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to develop accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting strategies. Track and document all sales activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback, and enhance campaign performance. Maintain a strong understanding of the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings. What You Need: Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening ability Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment Preferred skills/expertise Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Background in sales training, pre‑call planning, or consultative selling About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
