Job Summary
We are hiring a Remote Executive Assistant with a certified background in nutrition to support the CEO. This role combines executive administrative support with oversight of the CEO's nutrition and wellness routines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel
- Draft and manage executive communications and reports
- Conduct basic market research and data tracking
- Maintain organized records in Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Support training and internal projects
- Assist with digital marketing coordination
- Monitor and track nutrition, supplements, and wellness routines
- Coordinate wellness-related appointments and follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Certified Nutritionist (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Business, or related field
- 3+ years supporting executives or founders
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
What We Offer
