Duties and Responsibilities:

  • IT Software Business Analysis
  • Responsible when analyzing customers' requirements
  • Coordinate with PMs the customers' requirements
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing
  • Meet the customers with top managers when needed to discuss the customers' requirements
  • Reviewing, modifying and recommending the business requirements and user requirements for the project, and translating these into functional requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide viable solutions which meet aligned requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges. Translate these into clear and concise software requirements
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive product improvements and inform strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop business models and perform data analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • At least 5 years extensive experience as IT Business Analyst on SaaS
  • Detail-oriented and can easily understand requirements - business rules and logic
  • Fluency in English language and have Interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Great attention to detail, Problem solving skills ability to adjust and handle changes or additional customer requirements
  • Possesses required experience in coordinating and managing project tasks to completion
  • Experienced in SQL Statements and Database Management
  • Experienced in creating Analytics
