Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Business Analyst located in Taguig. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation. Responsibilities include assessing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical teams. The role will also involve validating system changes against business needs and supporting project documentation activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Analysis, Business Requirements, and Business Process development
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and solve complex business challenges
  • Knowledge of Information Technology systems and their role in business solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry is an advantage
