Senior Logistics Associate (L2 Coordinator)

Looking for a Senior Logistics Associate (L2 Coordinator) to join our team. Will be responsible for customer support, order and payments processing, and performing various admin tasks related to beverage distribution.

Key Responsibilities

~60% Account Management (Orders and Payments)

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Process orders received through various channels, accurately inputting customer details and order information into the system.

Will also handle Payments and Collections posting and maintaining Financial Integrity of Accounts assigned. (up to 35 B2B Accounts)

~25% Sales Settlement / Remittance

Daily summary of sales made by different routes and ensuring financial integrity.

Proper encoding of different transactions conducted by delivery teams to determine cash for remittance.

~15% Administrative Support & Data Encoding

Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned, such as data management, filing, preparing reports, organizing documents, and supporting other functions when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (College level is a plus)
  • Comfortable talking to customers on the phone to process their orders and concerns.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to work 6 days on-site a week (1 day/week WFH might be accommodated upon regularization and depending on performance)
