Hammerulo Data Corporation is seeking a Bilingual (English–Spanish), customer-focused, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across multiple customer service programs. In this role, you will create and manage content, engage communities, and run campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc., in both languages, requiring fluency, cultural insight, and digital marketing skills to connect with diverse audiences, often working remotely for global brands. These roles involve content strategy, community management, analytics, and driving engagement, bridging language gaps for businesses targeting Hispanic markets or global users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor designated social media accounts and conversations
  • Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook
  • Identify opportunities to engage on posts related to Client lifestyle content (fashion, events, Miss Universe activities, her Beyond the Crown social project)
  • Create authentic, positive comments in English and Spanish that reinforce favorable narratives around both individuals
  • Engage with and respond to negative content or conversations to counter unfavorable narratives and redirect discussions
  • Flag any significant negative content that needs escalation

Requirements:

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or contact center environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing: Experience with SEO, paid social, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Commitment: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
