This full-time role is based in our Taguig City office, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. With your strong communication skills and healthcare background, you will be the key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or contact centre environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and adaptively in a fast-paced environment
