About the role

Join our dynamic team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. as a Spanish Healthcare Bilingual Representative. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, leveraging your fluency in both Spanish and English.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage in inbound and outbound calls, assisting Spanish-speaking clients with a range of healthcare-related inquiries and requests
  2. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  3. Resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support to clients
  5. Continuously expand your knowledge of healthcare products, services and industry regulations
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
