KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly trial activation targets
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly booking goal
  • Follow up on all activated and not activated trial requests
  • Follow up post-trial activation on maximize bookings
  • Keep notes and accurate records of activity in
  • Forge a strong partnership with the channel partner manager and the channel to ensure fulfillment of the Nessus bookings is successful
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure program success and improvement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year experience conducting customer care with business customers and or 1 year's experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) with business customers required
  • Consultative sales skills and experience with upsell/cross sell motions required
  • Exhibited sales skills and record of accomplishment of success
  • Prospecting and gaining commitments skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to use internal resources efficiently
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of systems like SalesForce, Microsoft Products, GSuite
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • 2 years Technology sales experience
  • Call center experience in handling Spanish Account is a plus
  • At least a B1 English / B2 Spanish proficiency
