We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations in the Middle East region. This is a hands-on senior role, where you'll be responsible for driving revenue, overseeing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and ensuring smooth sales cycles from first contact to payment.

You will work from the Philippines and manage a team of SDRs focused on the Middle Eastern markets, driving daily performance and supporting your team in closing deals. This is not a passive management role—you will lead by example, close deals yourself, and maintain momentum throughout long shifts.Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and continuously train new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Manage a team of 3 to 5 SDRs focused on the Middle East region
  • Conduct daily global sales stand-ups and performance check-ins
  • Assign SDR call blocks, territories, and lead lists
  • Motivate and drive the team to exceed daily and weekly KPIs
  • Handle escalations, objections, and complex sales conversations
  • Maintain high energy and momentum across long shifts

Revenue & Performance Ownership:

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets for the Middle East region
  • Track daily revenue performance against the company-wide target of £10,000 per day
  • Close inbound, warm, and high-intent leads personally
  • Drive same-day closes whenever possible
  • Support SDR-led deals through to closure
  • Ensure payment links are sent promptly and payments are successfully captured

Full Sales Cycle Management:

  • Conduct discovery calls, qualification, and sales presentations via video calls
  • Deliver and present proposals confidently and professionally
  • Manage objections and negotiate where necessary
  • Send payment links, confirm payments, and update CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding Managers to confirm deliverables, timelines, and next steps
  • Ensure smooth handovers to the onboarding team once a deal is closed

Reporting & Process Control:

  • Ensure SDRs follow approved scripts, processes, and CRM standards
  • Monitor daily activities such as calls made, meetings booked, and deals closed
  • Report on daily revenue, pipeline health, and team performance
  • Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and execution

Daily Responsibilities Summary:

  • Run daily global sales stand-ups
  • Assign SDR call blocks and daily priorities
  • Monitor live sales performance and activity
  • Handle escalations and complex deals directly
  • Close inbound and warm opportunities
  • Track daily revenue against targets
  • Drive urgency and push for same-day closes

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Completion of structured 4-week onboarding and training
  • £6,000 to £7,000 per day influenced or directly closed
  • 20 to 30 deals touched per day across the team
  • Consistent achievement of SDR activity and conversion targets
  • Strong payment capture and minimal drop-off rates

Compensation & Contract Details

  • Base Salary (First 12 Weeks): ₱50,000 PHP per month
  • Post-Probation Salary: ₱70,000 PHP per month (upon successful completion of probation)
  • Commission & Performance Bonuses: Available from Day 1
  • Payment Schedule: Paid bi-weekly during the first 12 weeks
  • Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally managing SDRs or sales teams
  • Strong closing skills with confidence in handling full sales cycles
  • Comfortable working long shifts aligned with Middle East business hours
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and focused on performance
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Capable of motivating, coaching, and holding team members accountable
  • Experience with international or Middle Eastern markets is an advantage
