Role Overview

We are hiring an International Sales Supervisor (UK & Ireland) to oversee weekend sales execution across the UK and Irish markets.

This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for:

  • Supporting and managing SDRs during live sales shifts
  • Handling escalations and assisting with closes
  • Driving urgency, discipline, and performance during weekend coverage

You will report to the International Sales Manager and act as the front-line leader for weekend sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Supervision & Deal Support

  • Supervise 3–6 SDRs focused on UK & Ireland markets
  • Run daily sales huddles and call block check-ins
  • Coach live calls, objections, and deal progression
  • Support and close warm or high-intent opportunities
  • Push same-day closes and ensure fast payment capture

Performance & Reporting

  • Track daily activity (calls, meetings, deals touched)
  • Monitor revenue influenced vs targets
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and process compliance
  • Escalate blockers or risks immediately

KPIs

  • SDR activity targets met consistently
  • Strong meeting-to-close and payment capture rates
  • Revenue influenced during weekend shifts
  • Clean CRM and pipeline hygiene

Compensation & Contract

  • Base Salary: ₱30,000 PHP per month
  • Commission & Performance Bonuses available
  • Paid bi-weekly

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience supervising SDRs or sales teams
  • Strong objection-handling and deal support skills
  • Comfortable working long weekend shifts aligned with UK hours
  • Performance-driven and highly organised

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
