Role Overview
We are hiring an International Sales Manager (UK & Ireland) to lead, manage, and scale our weekday sales operations across the UK and Irish markets.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for:
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to payment
- Training, coaching, and managing a team of 3 to 5 SDRs
- Driving daily revenue performance for the region
- Maintaining sales momentum Monday to Thursday
- Ensuring targets, KPIs, and processes are executed at a high standard
You will be based in the Philippines and will work closely with SDRs, closers, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handovers and high conversion rates.
This is not a passive management role. You are expected to lead from the front, close deals yourself, motivate the team daily, and be fully accountable for revenue output in your region.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously coach new Sales Development Representatives
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 SDRs focused on the UK & Ireland markets
- Run daily global sales stand-ups and performance check-ins
- Assign daily call blocks, territories, and lead lists
- Motivate the team to hit and exceed daily and weekly KPIs
- Handle escalations, objections, and complex sales conversations
- Maintain discipline, energy, and momentum across long shifts
Revenue & Performance Ownership
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets for the UK & Ireland region
- Track daily revenue performance against the £10,000 per day company-wide target
- Push for same-day closes wherever possible
- Close inbound, warm, and high-intent leads personally
- Influence and support SDR-led deals through to close
- Ensure payment links are sent promptly and payments are successfully captured
Full Sales Cycle Management
- Conduct discovery, qualification, and sales presentations via video calls
- Deliver and present proposals clearly and confidently
- Manage objections and negotiate where appropriate
- Send payment links, confirm payments, and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Onboarding Managers to confirm deliverables, timelines, and next steps
- Ensure a clean and professional handover once a deal is closed
Reporting & Process Control
- Ensure SDRs are following approved scripts, processes, and CRM standards
- Monitor daily activity including calls made, conversations held, meetings booked, and deals touched
- Report on daily revenue, pipeline health, and team performance
- Identify bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and execution
Daily Responsibilities Summary

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Completion of a structured 4-week training and onboarding period
- £6,000 to £7,000 per day influenced or directly closed
- 20 to 30 deals touched per day across the team
- Consistent achievement of SDR activity and conversion targets
- Strong payment capture and low drop-off rates
Compensation & Contract Details
- Base Salary (First 12 Weeks): ₱50,000 PHP per month
- Post-Probation Salary: ₱70,000 PHP per month upon successful completion of probation
- Commission & Performance Bonuses: Available from Day 1
- Payment Schedule: Paid bi-weekly during the first 12 weeks
- Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally managing SDRs or sales teams
- Strong closing ability with confidence handling full sales cycles
- Comfortable working long shifts aligned with UK business hours
- Highly organised, target-driven, and performance-focused
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Able to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Experience working with international or UK-based markets is a strong advantage
