Location: Makati City

Setup: 3x onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the change management strategy for BSP ITRS Phase 2.
  • Conduct impact assessments, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
  • Drive communication, training, and adoption initiatives.
  • Track readiness, adoption, and business impact through change metrics.
  • Align change activities with project milestones in partnership with Business Leads, PMO, and SMEs.
  • Manage resistance and ensure effective escalation.
  • Provide executive reports on change progress and adoption risks.
  • Support UAT in business readiness and end-user enablement.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in organizational change management for large programs.
  • Proven experience in regulatory or finance transformation within banking/financial services.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills (ExCo to BA level).
  • Change Management certification (PROSCI, CMI, ACMP) preferred.
  • Familiar with SDLC and waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and training design skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
