Change Manager

Setup: 3x onsite per week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the change management strategy for BSP ITRS Phase 2.
- Conduct impact assessments, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
- Drive communication, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Track readiness, adoption, and business impact through change metrics.
- Align change activities with project milestones in partnership with Business Leads, PMO, and SMEs.
- Manage resistance and ensure effective escalation.
- Provide executive reports on change progress and adoption risks.
- Support UAT in business readiness and end-user enablement.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in organizational change management for large programs.
- Proven experience in regulatory or finance transformation within banking/financial services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills (ExCo to BA level).
- Change Management certification (PROSCI, CMI, ACMP) preferred.
- Familiar with SDLC and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and training design skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
