General Accounting Supervisor

  1. Utilize accounting software (Gfire) to manage the company's financial transactions.
  2. Oversee all regular accounting processes, including A/P, A/R, journal entries, and monthly account closures.
  3. Ensure the efficient operation of all financial transactions within the company.4. Supervise the preparation and process of all bank transactions, and oversee data recording procedures on a monthly basis.
  4. Regularly analyze various general ledger accounts and reconcile A/R and A/P transactions.
  5. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  6. Manage, prepare, and submit all BIR Tax and SEC requirements within set deadlines.
  7. Coordinate the remittances of SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.
  8. Check and upload payroll in the approved payroll facility.
  9. Document and process renewals for business permits, licenses, SEC GIS, and other applicable corporate documents.
  10. Handle the financial closing process and prepare monthly financial statements and schedules.
  11. Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
  12. Coordinate with external auditors on all audit-related matters.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
