General Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily accounting operations to any of the following accounting functions, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger or transactional recording, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, internal audit.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.

Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and present financial reports to management.

Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls.

Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives. Assist with audits and other financial reviews.

Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Strong understanding of US GAAP, and financial reporting.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills. A

bility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Open to Full RTO work set up and Nigh shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php75,000.00 per month
