About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or career shifters who want to start a rewarding career in the BPO industry — with a flexible hybrid work setup in the heart of BGC
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications:
- Open to Fresh Graduates (no BPO experience required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and comfortable working with multiple tools
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig 2–3 days per week
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends
