We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our internal records and client databases. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
This role is designed with growth potential: as the team expands, the Data Entry Specialist will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in Customer Support (handling client queries, assisting with issue resolution) and/or Quality Assurance (QA) (testing and validating workflows, systems, and deliverables).
Key Responsibilities
Primary (Data Entry & Operations Support)
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems, databases, and CRM platforms.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across different platforms.
- Verify, correct, and clean up data as required.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and summaries to support business teams.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
- Support the Business Development & Marketing teams with data-related tasks (e.g., lead list updates, contact management).
Secondary / Growth Path (Future Responsibilities)
Customer Support (potential expansion):
- Assist in responding to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Document and escalate client issues to the relevant teams.
- Provide accurate information and maintain positive client interactions.
Quality Assurance (potential expansion):
- Conduct basic QA testing on deliverables, systems, or projects.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or issues and document findings.
- Work closely with QA or project leads to ensure standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or related field (preferred but not required for entry-level applicants).
- Strong typing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools and processes.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig on a shifting schedule (NIGHTSHIFT).
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
