Job Description

The Warehouseman is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and issuance of automotive parts, tools, and supplies within the company's warehouse. This role ensures accuracy in inventory management, timely support to the service and sales departments, and proper documentation of all stock movements. The Warehouseman also assists in deliveries, ensures proper housekeeping of the warehouse, and upholds safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of auto parts, supplies, and tools.
• Organize, label, and store items in their designated areas to maintain systematic inventory control.
• Prepare and issue requested parts and materials to service technicians and other departments.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and ensure proper handling of automotive parts.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Assist in loading/unloading of goods and coordinate with logistics for deliveries and transfers.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, damaged items, and replenishment needs.
• Support warehouse documentation such as receiving reports, issuance slips, and inventory logs.
• Drive company vehicles when needed for delivery or pick-up of supplies and parts.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of work experience as a Warehouseman, Automotive Mechanic, or Technician.
• Familiarity with automotive parts, tools, and accessories is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge in warehouse management systems or basic inventory software is a plus.
• Must know how to drive with a valid driver's license (Professional or Non-Professional).
• Physically fit and capable of lifting moderately heavy items.
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours if required.
• Can start immediately (ASAP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php11,180.00 per month
