Job Summary:

We are seeking an inventory analyst to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory activities and ensuring data accuracy, as well as implementing efficient inventory management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, business, management, or related fields.
  • Good scholastic record, with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory or a related field is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated competence in fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to reconcile stock count to report data.
  • Knowledge in SAP and MS Office is an advantage.
  • Cheerful personality and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and apply inventory activities, including movement and deletions.
  • Maintain and update inventory records.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Receive incoming stocks and report any stock issues.
