What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring and reporting on compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
  2. Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate compliance risks
  3. Developing and delivering compliance training to staff to promote a culture of ethical behaviour
  4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance-related inquiries and concerns
  5. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of compliance activities
  6. Staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment and advising on the implications for the business
  7. Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports and disclosures

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in a compliance or risk management role
  2. Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulations and best practices
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address compliance risks
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report writing
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting or business administration
