Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP. The position supervises AP staff, maintains vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or 1 year in a supervisory role
  • With knowledge in accounting principles and standards, Accounts Payable processes and controls, SAP systems, Financial reporting and reconciliation, Internal audit and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel, Leadership and team supervision
  • Professional demeanor, willingness to learn, attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
