Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring a confident and articulate Acquisition Specialist to join our remote real estate team. You will follow up with motivated seller leads, present offers, and help negotiate basic purchase terms. This is a part-time, entry-level acquisitions role with training provided. No cold calling is required.

Responsibilities:

• Present cash and creative offers to motivated homeowners

• Negotiate basic purchase terms using provided scripts

• Run comparables using tools like Zillow and Redfin (training provided)

• Update CRM (Podio) with seller responses, lead status, and offer results

• Work with leads involving both residential and commercial properties

• Additional responsibilities may be added later as the company grows

Work Schedule:

• Part-Time: 2 hours per day

• Monday to Friday

• 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT (Philippine Time)

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners

• Quiet home setup and stable internet connection

• Familiarity with real estate terms is a plus (training provided)

• Must have knowledge of, or be willing to learn, commercial property acquisitions

• Reliable, professional, and consistent in follow-up and note-taking

• Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Employment Agreement prior to onboarding

Compensation:

• $5.00 per hour

• Bonus paid for each closed deal
