Real Estate List building

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a Data Manager with experience in pulling county records, list stacking, and managing lead generation systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools like PropStream, DealMachine, and ReadyMode, and has previously overseen cold calling teams.
This is a long-term, full-time role with opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
Responsibilities:
Pull property data from county records and third-party platforms (PropStream, DealMachine)
Perform accurate list stacking to identify high-quality leads
Manage and clean lead lists based on ownership, equity, property type, and market filters
Import and manage lists inside ReadyMode dialer
Oversee VA cold calling team performance and CRM list flow
Collaborate with acquisitions team to ensure leads are well-qualified
Regularly audit lead sources for accuracy and duplicate removal
Help set KPIs and reporting dashboards for cold caller productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience using PropStream and/or DealMachine for list pulling and stacking
Strong understanding of U.S. county records and real estate filters
Familiar with ReadyMode or similar dialer (CallTools, Mojo)
Past experience managing cold callers or lead gen teams
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time, U.S. business hours
Reliable internet and computer
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with InvestorLift, or similar CRMs
Familiarity with real estate wholesaling or investing
Ability to generate basic lead reports and summaries
