We are seeking a Social Media Manager / Administrative Assistant with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our real estate operations. This hybrid role involves managing social media platforms, delivering administrative support, and executing various ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in graphic design and be capable of producing visually engaging content to strengthen our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and grow social media profiles for a real estate client across platforms.
-Plan and execute compelling social media strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
-Create visually appealing graphics and video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
-Handle general administrative duties such as calendar management, email coordination, and communication with clients.
-Assist in marketing initiatives, lead generation, and upkeep of the client database.
-Use Follow Up Boss (preferred) or other CRM systems to organize and track client interactions.
-Monitor social media metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.
-Support miscellaneous administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
-1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and admin support, preferably in a real estate setting.
-Strong design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your experience in content creation, branding, and visual storytelling.
-Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
-Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or other real estate CRMs is highly preferred.
-Must be comfortable working night shift (PST hours) and available for immediate start.
-Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
-Reliable device and high-speed internet connection.
-This is a remote/work-from-home position.
