As a Recruitment Manager, you will set the path to success by creating procedures for recruiting that will result in hiring quality talent. You are also expected to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting for Healthcare volume positions
  • Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills.
  • Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants.
  • Stay current with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the recruitment process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
  • Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers' needs, establishing strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business.
  • Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices.
  • Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget.
  • Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews; and
  • Lead global recruiting projects as needed.

Required Skills

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral science or any related field preferred.
  • at least 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment particularly in USRN and PHRN roles.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, terminologies, and industry standards are essential.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
