Who The Client Is: is a biotech startup dedicated to enhancing quality of life through personalized health solutions. With strong backgrounds in biochemistry and molecular biology, the founders recognized the power of nutrition in improving health outcomes and the importance of tailoring strategies to individual needs.

The company was founded to address the challenges individuals face in accessing and interpreting health data. By combining cutting-edge microbiome and metabolic testing with personalized analysis and supplement delivery, it offers an integrated, science-backed program that is convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team. This role focuses on producing high-quality, visually engaging creative across social media, email, and landing pages. You'll work with and adapt established style guides and templates, while also creating original designs.

The role involves full ownership of the design and production process—from the initial brief through to asset exporting. Occasionally, you may also be tasked with report production in Adobe InDesign.

You'll report directly to the Director – Engagement, Acquisition, Retention, who brings 30 years of multinational experience in digital agency creative, media, and management. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering creative throughout all stages of the digital customer experience conversion funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop social media content including static posts, carousels, reels, and videos in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
• Design and build email templates using Adobe Creative Suite, exporting creative assets, and assembling emails in the platform's builder (no coding required).
• Design and build landing pages using Adobe Creative Suite for asset development and export, then assemble within the dotCMS environment (platform training provided).
• Populate and format blog content, including sourcing, formatting, creating, and uploading supporting visual assets.
• Work with an existing design language to produce polished, engaging, and on-brand creative.
• Contribute to refining and improving the existing design language.
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, and branding across all outputs.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement workflow improvements.
• Format personalized health reports using Adobe InDesign based on data and content provided by in-house scientists.
  

• Strong understanding of what drives engagement with digital content.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging digital assets across:
• Instagram & Facebook (static, carousel, reel, and video formats
• Email design and production
• Landing page design
• Experience with Active Campaign (or similar email platforms) is a plus.
• Experience designing web/landing pages using Tailwind component architecture is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong eye for layout, typography, and formatting.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and formatting standards with precision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and proactively optimizing workflows.
• Experience in health, wellness, or scientific content is a bonus, but not required.
