Content and Design Specialist

BioTechnique is a sterile injectable full service CDMO providing cytotoxic and therapeutic sterile injectable fill-finish services. From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. BioTechnique utilizes our team's expertise to create a process design for our clients' products that best suits their needs.

Your Role
We are seeking a creative and versatile Content and Design Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role will focus on creating compelling visuals, engaging content, and professional marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand presence.

• Develop high-quality visual content, including videos, infographics, and graphics, to support marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit blogs, whitepapers, and other long-form content that showcases our expertise and value proposition.
• Design eye-catching materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content.
• Manage content production timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Assist in conceptualizing and producing videos for campaigns, social media, and product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep our content innovative and relevant.
• Maintain and organize brand assets, including managing logos, trademarks, and style guides.
• Assist with event planning and management, including logistics and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation and graphic design.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of design and content projects.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and video editing tools like DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging written and visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration ability.
• Strong organizational skills.
