WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture or other related course
  • Graduate of any 4 year business course can be considered provided that they have sales supervisory experience
  • Experience in roofing industry or any sales construction products is an advantage but not required
  • Good leadership/ people handling skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

WHAT DOES JOB ENTAILS?

  • Oversee entire branch operational activities, aiming to achieve the sales target.
  • Signs for and on behalf of the company matters relating to sales quotations issued by the branch.
  • Supervise the activities of his/her subordinates ensuring accurate and reliable data quotation for the sales group.
  • Checks all Sales Quotations (SQ), Sales Orders (SO) and cutting lists for production.
  • Prepares Monthly Sales Performance Report of the branch.
  • Checks delivery request, notice to mobilize and monitors status of ongoing projects.
  • Strictly monitors collections and deposits of the branch.
  • Conducts regular branch meeting.
  • Attends bids, client meetings and presentations in support of their sales team.
