About the Role

Agribank is expanding its nationwide footprint — and we're looking for a dynamic, performance-driven Branch Manager to lead our newest branch in Bacolod City.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving deposit growth, loan portfolio expansion, and overall branch profitability, while ensuring compliance, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly deposit and loan sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow the bank's customer base.
  • Explore local market opportunities and implement branch-level marketing initiatives.

Branch Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance metrics and financial results.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire branch personnel to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure staff readiness and compliance.
  • Promote a culture of integrity, teamwork, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Business-related course (Banking, Finance, Economics, or Management preferred)

At least 5 years of solid experience in banking, specifically in deposit generation and loan sales

Proven track record in achieving or exceeding branch sales targets

Strong leadership, business development, and customer relationship skills

Excellent communication and people management abilities
