Qualifications

  • College graduate in BS Civil Engineering and BS Architecture
  • Licensed Civil Engineer and Architecture or with at least 5 years of experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on timely issuance of design drawings, including construction and shop drawings.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness through improvements or value engineering initiatives so that the project remains within budget
  • Ensure design deliverables are consistent with construction requirements, specifications, and timelines.
  • Facilitate resolution of design issues, technical clarifications, and RFIs in coordination with consultants and project teams.
  • Track and monitor design submissions, permit applications, and regulatory approvals.
  • Review and validate the quality and completeness of plans prepared by consultants before submission.
  • Provide technical input and recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce cost, or resolve conflicts in design and construction.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for management or Owner review.
  • Ensure personal growth and competency enhancement by aligning individual objectives with the organization's goals
  • And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management
