JOB SUMMARY

Our Australian client is seeking a detail-oriented Fence Estimator to support their operations. This role involves reviewing tender documents provided by the HQ and identifying fencing requirements to accurately estimate project costs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Review and analyze tender documents received from HQ.
• Identify and extract the bill of quantities (BOQ) specific to fencing requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates and reports based on the identified fencing scope.
• Collaborate with the HQ and project teams to clarify project specifications as needed.
• Maintain records of estimates and support documentation for future reference.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with client standards and project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in estimation, preferably in construction or fencing projects.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting tender documents and bills of quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimation software/tools.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with HQ and project teams
