About the Role

As HR Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Stakeholder engagement and partnership:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business units. Collaborate effectively with leadership, managers, and employees to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Organizational Development:
    Lead initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, change management, and organizational design.
  • Employee Relations:
    Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Performance Management:
    Support performance appraisal processes, provide coaching to managers, and promote a culture of continuous feedback.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    Ensure HR policies are compliant with Philippine labor laws and are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Data & Analytics:
    Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR processes.
  • Training & Development:
    Identify training needs and facilitate learning programs to develop employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Culture & Engagement:
    Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
  • Proven experience working in the Philippines, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and build effective relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
  • Culturally sensitive and adaptable
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
