About the Role
As HR Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR strategies that support business objectives. - Stakeholder engagement and partnership:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business units. Collaborate effectively with leadership, managers, and employees to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions. - Organizational Development:
Lead initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, change management, and organizational design. - Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with local labor laws. - Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, provide coaching to managers, and promote a culture of continuous feedback. - HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies are compliant with Philippine labor laws and are effectively communicated and implemented. - Data & Analytics:
Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR processes. - Training & Development:
Identify training needs and facilitate learning programs to develop employee skills and leadership capabilities. - Culture & Engagement:
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
- Proven experience working in the Philippines, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and build effective relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
- Culturally sensitive and adaptable
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
