The role will be under and directly assigned by our subsidiary partner company, which operates independently from MetroMart. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for handling HR functions including policy development, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management, aligned with the goals and culture of the subsidiary. QualificationsExperience in developing HR policies and procedures

Knowledge of human resources (HR) practices

Skills in employee relations management

Understanding of labor and employment law

Experience in performance management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
