Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager located in Makati. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting solutions tailored to client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless services. The role requires frequent client interactions, thorough understanding of the client's business, and the ability to address and resolve client issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Relationship Building skills
- Business Development and Sales capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Experience in IT or Digital Transformation industries is a plus
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
