  • Provide first-level help desk support and prevent problems arising
  • Work with stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption and develop strategies for overcoming weak points and obstacles
  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Provide sales insights to assist leadership drive performance
  • Monitor processes, information needs and functional requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the Salesforce team & stakeholders to deliver initiatives
  • Train, support and educate new users to ensure successful on boarding
  • Produce project documentation

  • Previous experience in admin and maintenance of salesforce systems
  • Critical thinking and the ability to develop creative solutions to problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a data-driven mindset
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce best practice and trends
  • Advanced Excel Skills
