YOUR ROLE


• Configure and customize Fusion Framework (built on Salesforce) to support business use cases, workflows, and dashboards.


• Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata.


• Build and optimize custom components (Apex, LWC/Visualforce) where needed.


• Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions.


• Support integration with external systems (ServiceNow, email platforms, data sources, etc.).


• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.


• Maintain system documentation and provide end-user support or training when required.

YOUR PROFILE


• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.


• Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework (Fusion Risk Management) or similar managed packages.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.


• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Process Builder.


• Experience with Salesforce security model, including OWD, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.


• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) and deployment best practices.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications


• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I (PD1).


• Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Outlook, or other third-party systems.


• Knowledge of Fusion-specific data models and resilience use cases.


• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
