We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Admin to join our team. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary System Administrator for our Salesforce platforms.
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the needs of the business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Respond to end user issues, enhancement requests and other administrative needs.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set and adoption across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Perform testing of features/functions as required.
  • Integrate Salesforce with applications such as our ERP application, and Third-party applications.
  • Ensure configuration consistency across development, test, and production environments including Salesforce change sets.
  • Develop Salesforce Flow Process, Managing the creation of custom Objects/Fields.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin with relevant Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud system experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, sharing architecture, role hierarchies, and Salesforce security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
