Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Data Entry & Email Support (Part-Time, 15 Hours – Fridays & Mondays, UK Hours)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with data entry and email management. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and efficient, with a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately perform data entry across internal systems and spreadsheets.

Manage and respond to incoming emails professionally and promptly.

Maintain and update digital records and databases.

Prepare basic documents and spreadsheets as needed.

Provide general administrative support related to data management and email processing.

Requirements:

Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or email management.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (especially Excel and Outlook).

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Reliable and available to work Fridays and Mondays each week.

Technical Requirements:

Windows 10 device.

Stable wired internet connection.
