Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Technical Sales Specialist to promote and sell our line of admixture products in Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to build and maintain customer relationships, provide product demonstrations, and deliver solutions that meet client needs in the construction and cement industry. The Technical Sales Specialist will also conduct site visits, offer technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, technical support, or customer-facing roles within construction materials, cement, or admixture products.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete technology, admixture applications, and construction processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical customer solutions.
  • Results-driven, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
  • Willing to be based in Cagayan de Oro and travel within the region for client visits and project support.
  • Possession of a driver's license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
