Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact, maintaining client information, collaborating with internal teams, overseeing account performance, and providing reports to clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and acting as their trusted advisor.
- Account Oversight:

Manage all client activities and communications, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Internal Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, customer support) to ensure client projects and services meet their expectations and needs.
- Growth and Upselling:

Identify opportunities to expand the client relationship by upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Performance Monitoring:

Track client satisfaction and key account performance metrics, providing regular reports to both clients and management.
- Problem Solving:

Address client concerns, issues, and challenges by finding effective solutions and working with internal departments to resolve them.
- Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed and organized records of client information and account activities.
