Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Metro Manila. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes overseeing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and addressing client issues promptly. Additionally, the Account Manager will identify upsell opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and identify upsell opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
