Job Description:

  • To provide acceptable support and assistance to the Operations Group in managing and delivering services pertaining to onsite terminal installation, servicing, maintenance, retrieval and support call.
  • To ensure accurate terminal profile and set up of application download and fixes, initialization and configuration according to client's requirement supported by actual transactions.
  • To provide technical guidance, orientation and support onsite for 100% terminal availability for all cashless acceptance as profiled.
  • To update and provide project status as per prescribed file format and platform updating within acceptable timely manner.
  • To ensure compliance with all company policies and directives, especially on operation related matters.
  • To comply with all the other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Can demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and have a proactive attitude.
  • Can work with a team.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Amenable to work on a field/travel to various project locations.
  • Amenable to a project-based role for 6 months.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues in the field.

Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management.

Adaptability: Ability to work independently, adapt to changing conditions, and travel to various project locations.
